Further EndNote support

EndNote is available, free of charge, to all staff and students of ACU National. To get your copy, there are several options:

  1. complete the online form and then download EndNote to your computer (a download of approximately 46MB).
  2. visit your nearest campus library to borrow an EndNote CD. There is no form to fill in - we will get your details from the library borrowing system.
  3. print out a paper form and post it to the address on the form to receive a CD by post. (You won't have to return this CD.)

By accepting the EndNote software from ACU National, you agree to abide by the following Conditions of Use.

Conditions of Use

  1. The software is available to current students and staff of ACU National. Your right to use this software ends when you are no longer a staff member or student at ACU National.
  2. The software must not be lent, given, or sold to anyone else.
  3. The software may only be used during the time of the licence agreement. The current agreement ends in August 2011. The EndNote software must be removed from your work and home computers at this time.

You will need Acrobat Reader to view pdf files. If you don't have it you can download it for free here:Get Acrobat Reader

If you are unsure which version of EndNote to download, we recommend you choose the latest version, EndNote X1, for the following reasons:

  • Although EndNote 9 and X are compatible with Vista, there are some known compatibility issues.
  • There is an error in the APA 5th style provided with EndNote X. You can alter the style yourself to fix this. (This error has been fixed in EndNote X1.)

For details of how to install EndNote, see Upgrading or installing EndNote.
