EZproxy FAQ - Staff Login Details

  • All ACU resources and facilities (library resources, ACU computers, WebCT, inet) use the same username and password.

  • A username and password is issued to you upon commencement of your employment

  • Have you been given account details for accessing ACU computers? The details you were given for logging on to ACU computers is the username and password that you use for the resources. If you have not been given these details please contact your supervisor or liaison at ACU.

 

'Invalid Username or password' message

This message appears if the username and/or password you entered wasn't found in our database. There are a few reasons why we may not be able to find your Staff account in our system. Try it again, to rule out typos. Make sure you are entering in your username and password correctly.

If you can't remember your password or find that you are still getting the 'Invalid Username and password' message despite entering the correct details (see the login details above), then the best option is to contact the HelpDesk (ext. 7272) and get your password reset.

If you can login successfully to all other ACU facilities except the Library Resources, then please contact the EZproxy Administrator via the Feedback form.
