As a researcher, you need to be aware of the legal and ethical issues involved in the use and transmission of information. ACU National encourages all staff and students to familiarise themselves with Australian copyright legislation relating to the use and transmission of copyright material.

Plagiarism

Plagiarism is the act of taking someone else's words or work and passing them off as your own. It is unacceptable and will not be condoned at ACU National. You can avoid being accused of plagiarism by ensuring you reference the source of any information you use in your paper.

Referencing styles
