Dr Sophie McGrath is coordinator of the Project and is located in NSW at Mount Saint Mary Campus, Strathfield, with outreach to Mackillop Campus at North Sydney and Signadou Campus in Canberra, ACT. She is an historian with a particular interest in women's history across the ages especially the 19th century and is also interested in the history of ideas. She has researched and published in the areas of the Christian philosophy of education, the education of Catholic girls, women religious in the history of Australia, and feminism and the papacy in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. |

Rosa MacGinley

Dr Rosa MacGinley is located at McAuley Campus, Brisbane in Queensland. Dr MacGinley is an historian and a specialist in the history of women religious, and Irish and Australian studies. She was a founding member of the Institute of Religious Studies in 1980 where her major research project was the history of women religious in Australia, which involved an in-depth knowledge of their European connections and the canonical developments involving their status in the Church. It was published in 1996 as A Dynamic of Hope: Institutes of women religious in Australia. Dr MacGinley has published several other histories and numerous articles.

Kim Power

Dr Kim Power is located at St Patrick’s Campus, Fitzroy, Melbourne in Victoria with outreach to Aquinas Campus, Ballarat. She is a theological historian, a specialist in patristic studies and feminist theology. Dr Power is the author of Veiled desire: Augustine on women and numerous articles. She was the Junior Charles Strong Lecturer in 1997 and a Senior Fullbright Scholar in 1997-98. Dr Power is also an adjunct scholar with the ACU Centre for Early Christian Studies and is participating in its international collaboration on the development of Marian titles in later antiquity.
